Exploring a prospect comprising of a multi element base metal claim that includes Vanadium, Copper and Titanium Dioxide covering an area of 623 hectares in the North East of Zimbabwe.

LEADERSHIP

Richard Taylor, MSc

Co-Founder and CEO

Richard comes from a background in project management and environmental stewardship with an MSc in Environmental Management.

Richard worked with one of the UK’s leading land remediation, development, and waste management organisations acting in a range of senior management roles, leading company engineers and managing the environmental impact of the organisation to develop a portfolio of sites for a range of industrial and commercial end users.

Following the sale of the UK company Richard moved to Zimbabwe in 2018 for family reasons. Since that time he has led environmental projects for a Zimbabwean government technology service provider, developed environmental commercial solutions for the region’s largest logistics provider, J&J Logistics and worked with a leading global U.S Mining environmental solutions provider in Africa.

Eric Taylor

Co-Founder and Chairman

Eric Taylor has had a long and successful career having been a lawyer for some twenty years he acquired his largest client company successfully acquiring a wide range of capital assets.

He developed the concept of the ‘managed exit’ for non-core assets delivering value for all parties. He has chaired several companies across a wide spectrum of industries and has been at the sharp end of delivering infrastructure projects across a diverse range of opportunities. Following a well-earned retirement, he took up the remarkably interesting challenge of delivering critical minerals from a joint base in Zimbabwe and London.

He is the founder and remains chairman of the Critical Mineral Partnership working with national government to build upon the many opportunities that exists in the critical minerals sector. He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE)  for charitable services.

Calvin Ishe Harris

CFO

Ishe Calvin Harris has 10+ year’s experience in Origination and Corporate Banking across EMEA, Asia and South American Markets. Calvin has overseen a portfolio with clients generating over $5bn within the African energy and renewables sector. During this time Calvin acted as a portfolio Manager for over $250m of investments in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa’s FMCG, Agriculture and Mining sectors.

Our ESG practices involve incorporating environmental, social, and governance considerations into our decision-making process. We have developed a defined approach to value chain due diligence, assessing our suppliers impact on the environment, evaluating the social and human rights implications and ensuring that supplier companies are governed in an ethical and responsible manner.

Through the development of a sustainability strategy, implementing responsible sourcing policies, and engaging with stakeholders to identify and address ESG risks we help build a sustainable long term future for our partners.

We also act independently to support mining companies regionally to improve and meet their ESG compliance.
